Why can't I access ChangeGPS from overseas?
We have implemented an easy but more secure way for users based in locations outside of Australia to connect to ChangeGPS
As a SaaS solution we have improved security by blocking unauthorized requests such as those originating specifically from outside Australia.
However, if you need to access ChangeGPS from internal locations please provide us with your IP address so that we can add this as a trusted user.
How do I request access from an overseas location when I can't log in?
- In order to determine your IP address - simply type "what is my IP address" in your browser.
- Copy the IP address and send this to us via an email to support@changegps.com.au.
- Once we process your request we will notify you and access will be granted.
How do I know if I am being blocked?
Without this process you may encounter an error when trying to login such as:
"The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator."
