The ATO responds to your

Professional Profits Questions.

Join ChangeGPS Founder Timothy Munro and CEO David Boyar together with ATO Assistant Commissioner, Kasey MacFarlane, for a special hour of CPD where your PCG2022/4 questions are answered.

Over the past two months, we have collated the questions from our PCG2021/4 web event and asked the ChangeGPS Community Facebook Group what they wanted to know about the ruling.

We welcome the ATOs engagement with the community on this ground-breaking ruling.

Join us to learn:

  • What the definition of a professional is and why they are being targeted
  • The legal basis for the use of a traffic light compliance system
  • The impact of paying working spouses a market rate
  • The ATOs intent behind the ruling - is it to intimidate practitioners into compliance?
  • Will increased audit activity actually happen?
