I wouldn’t have had the confidence to deliver value add services to clients without the tools and processes in ChangeGPS
I had a panel beating client contact me one day and asked if I could do a due diligence on a business he was interested in purchasing.
I'd never done one before, but said yes and that I'd come back to him with a proposal. I knew ChangeGPS had something on Due Diligence, so I jumped into their toolkit and there it all was! A step-by-step guide on what to do, terms of engagement, checklists, forms and due diligence report template.
After seeing that I now had everything to do the job I sent off a $5,500 proposal to the client, using the template provided in the toolkit. The client immediately accepted the proposal and I was able to deliver the goods.
Once we provided the Due Diligence report to the client, we then used the ChangeGPS Business Structure Advice wizard to advise on the holding & trading entities… they loved the visuals the report provided and instructed us to go ahead with the setup of the company & trust.

The client was impressed with our proactive approach and very happy with the outcome.
